Why are the "Date Submitted" and "Handler ID" fields blank on my training reports?

The training reports will show the "Date Submitted" and the "Handler ID" when the K-9 Trainer Edition is used in conjunction with the K-9 Handler Edition. The handlers can export their training records for you to import into the K-9 Trainer Edition. If you enter their training directly into the K-9 Trainer Edition, those fields will be blank. The "Handler ID" that shows on the report is actually the ID number of their training record, not their unit ID number.
